Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

A: Locally we deliver next business-day Free*. Deliveries will be made Monday through Friday, between 8 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. local times.
Same-day delivery is available by courier service. You will incur a charge for same-day delivery. We can only assure same-day delivery for orders called in by 11:30 a.m.

Q: What forms of payment does U.S. Office Solutions accept?

A:We accept VISA and MasterCard. We also accept company/educational/government purchase orders.

Q: How can I get a tracking number for my order?,

A. An invoice number will be e-mailed to you. This number can be used to track all pertinent information specific to these orders.

Q: Does U.S. Office Solutions offer contract pricing on the items that my company uses the most?

Q: What is the cost of shipping?

A: All domestic orders that do not contain furniture are free of charge*. International orders are shipped at the lowest possible rate based on service requested. There is a 5:00pm cut-off for all orders place in the local Washington D.C. metro area.


Q: How do I set up an account?

By contacting a U.S. Office Solutions representative or clicking on new customer form and completing all the necessary information. It takes one business day too set up accounts once credit approval has been issued.


Q: Our back order policy?

A: We rarely experience back orders. However, from time to time they may occur and you will be notified of the back order within 24 hours of placing your order. If the item is available and is in shipment to us, we will give you an expected delivery date. If the item is out-of-stock at the manufacturer's we will give you your anticipated due date. Whenever possible we will suggest substitute products that match your initial request.
